Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project planning sessions.

  • Support the architectural team in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Strong design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Structural Engineer Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the structural engineering team with calculations, modeling, and drafting of structural elements.
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Participate in site inspections and assessments to gather data and ensure project compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of structural solutions that meet safety, performance, and cost criteria.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project integration.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Sustainability Consultant Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating projects for energy efficiency, environmental impact, and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies.
  • Support LEED certification processes by preparing documentation and conducting analysis.
  • Conduct research on sustainable building materials, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate sustainability goals into projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, or related field.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and green building practices.
  • Passion for environmental stewardship and sustainable development.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

Junior Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing Process Improvement)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with production teams to design, test, and optimize new processes and equipment
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of process improvements
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field (process improvement, lean manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

CAD Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed CAD drawings and 3D models to support architectural and engineering projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design solutions.
  • Update and maintain project drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the design team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or associate degree in CAD Drafting or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of architectural and engineering principles.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
